titleOfInvention | Environmental purification material, environmental purification device, and environmental purification method |
abstract | The present invention provides an environmental purification material capable of effectively exhibiting a photocatalytic action even by light in the visible light region, increasing the use efficiency of light contributing to the photocatalytic reaction, and effectively increasing the reaction rate. The environmental purification material includes a fluid 2 as a dispersion medium, photocatalyst particles 4 dispersed and retained in a fluid 2 in a fluid state, and nonlinear optical particles 5 dispersed and retained in a fluid 2 in a fluid state. And phosphorescent phosphor particles 6 dispersed and held in fluid 2 in a fluid state. The light from the light source 7 is stored and phosphorescent by the phosphorescent phosphor particles 6, and the nonlinear optical particles 5 shorten the wavelength of the phosphorescence by the nonlinear optical effect. This short wavelength light activates the photocatalyst particles 4. If, for example, contaminated water is used as the fluid 2 while achieving visible light drive and ultraviolet light dispersion light source, it can be purified with high purification performance.
