titleOfInvention | Laser irradiation method of laser puncture device |
abstract | There is provided a laser irradiation method of a laser puncture device that does not leave a scar, has little pain during puncture, and enables stable blood collection. The left laser pulse light L1 is a laser pulse light for puncturing the epidermis, and the right laser pulse light L2 is a laser pulse light for puncturing the dermis. The total time width T1 of the laser pulse light L1 for puncturing the epidermis is 100 to 400 μs, the total time width T3 of the laser pulse light L2 for puncturing the dermis is preferably 50 to 300 μs, and each laser pulse light L1, The difference (T1−T3) between the total time widths T1 and T3 of L2 is preferably 50 to 200 μs. Moreover, as for the laser pulse light energy, it is desirable that the total energy of the two laser pulse lights L1 and L2 irradiated onto the unit area (1 cm 2 ) is 100 to 300J.
