titleOfInvention Fuel cell
abstract An electrolyte layer is prevented from being damaged. A fuel cell includes a plurality of separators and a plurality of power generators. The separator has a reaction gas passage formed so as to flow through the inside and open to the surface in order to cause the reaction gas to flow. The power generator is alternately stacked with the separator, and includes an electrolyte layer, a catalyst, and a catalyst in a first region that overlaps the reaction gas channel of the separator in the stacking direction and a second region that does not overlap the reaction gas channel and the stacking direction. A first electrode layer that includes a component and is disposed on one side of the electrolyte layer; and a second electrode layer that includes a catalyst component and is disposed on the other side of the electrolyte layer. In at least one of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, the amount of the catalyst component contained in the first region is smaller than the amount of the catalyst component contained in the second region.
