abstract |
A sample measuring apparatus capable of accurately obtaining a reaction end point of a sample and characteristics of the sample is provided. A reaction of a sample mixed with a reagent is optically measured to acquire optical information thereof, and a reaction curve R indicating a change in the optical information with the passage of time is generated. A response curve R approximated between t1 and t0 and between t0 and t2 with respect to an arbitrary evaluation target time t0 as a reference and a time t1 before and after t1, and a baseline BL First and second areas S1 and S2 formed between the first and second areas are obtained, and the reaction end point Pf is determined based on the first and second areas S1 and S2.
