abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an ethylene-α-olefin-polyene copolymer by continuous multistage polymerization, wherein an ethylene-α-olefin-polyene copolymer having excellent extrudability is obtained. An ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which continuously polymerizes ethylene and α-olefin in a solvent in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst using a polymerization reactor in which two tank reactors are connected in series. A method for producing a polymer, wherein the ratio (τ1 / τ2) between the average residence time (τ1, unit: hr) of the first tank and the average residence time (τ2, unit: hr) of the second tank is 1.2. -10, the manufacturing method of the ethylene-alpha-olefin type copolymer which superposes | polymerizes on the conditions whose following formula value G is 2-50.
