titleOfInvention | Method for producing hollow resin particles |
abstract | The object of the present invention is to produce hollow resin particles having a low true specific gravity with a high true yield in a high yield without using a nitrile monomer as a constituent resin of the shell and having a true specific gravity of about 0.6 or less. It is to provide a manufacturing method that can be used. A solution (E) obtained by dissolving a precursor (A1) of a resin (A) and a phase separation accelerator (C) in a volatile solvent (B) is converted into a precursor (A1), a resin (A), and a resin (A). A liquid suspended in a solvent (D) that is insoluble in the volatile solvent (B) and has a boiling point higher than that of the volatile solvent (B) is polymerized under pressure to synthesize a resin (A), and then volatile. A method for producing hollow resin particles having a resin (A) as a shell, wherein the pressure is released at a temperature equal to or higher than the boiling point of the solvent (B).
