abstract 【Task】 When a predetermined chemical reaction is allowed to proceed by injecting a reagent into the reaction tube, stirring, heating and cooling, the reaction is performed while maintaining the concentration of the reaction solution in the reaction tube constant. [Solution] The needle (50A, 50B) is inserted into the upper end opening (59) of the reaction tube (5) for injecting a plurality of reagents at a required amount with a chemical injection needle (50A, 50B) to synthesize a compound having an arbitrary mixing ratio. An aluminum cap (5b) having a through hole (56) to be inserted is screwed, and a fluororesin film is formed on the bottom surface in a gap between the aluminum cap (5b) and the upper end opening (59) of the reaction tube (5). The elastic packing (5a) made of silicon rubber (57) with the lining (58) was sandwiched. [Selection] Figure 1
