The present invention provides a coating composition capable of forming a hard coat or undercoat layer excellent in adhesion and curability to a resin substrate such as polystyrene and a molded product using the same. (A) 30 to 70 parts by mass of a monomer represented by the following general formula (1), (B) (meth) acrylate having at least one (meth) acryloyloxy group in the molecule (provided that (Compound other than (A)) 69.9 to 15 parts by mass, (C) 0.1 to 15 parts by mass of photopolymerization initiator (however, the total amount of the above components (A) to (C) is 100 parts by mass) An active energy ray-curable coating material composition.
