abstract The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, When creating a dictionary, it is possible to realize collection of dictionary samples with an optimal number in consideration of the mutation rate of the species, thereby improving the determination accuracy of the species. The method for creating a dictionary for judging a species according to the present invention does not fix the number of dictionary samples uniformly as in the prior art, but sets an appropriate number of dictionary samples according to the mutation rate of the nucleic acid sequence of the species.
