titleOfInvention | Gold plating solution and gold plating method |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To efficiently form a gold-plated film having good film quality, including no highly toxic cyanide having a problem in working environment and waste liquid treatment, excellent chemical stability, easy handling. A gold plating solution and a gold plating method using the gold plating solution are provided. A gold plating solution comprising a gold complex ion, water, and a protic solvent, wherein the content of the protic solvent is 65 to 90% by weight. A gold plating method using this gold plating solution. When the content of the prophilic solvent is 65 to 90% by weight, gold ions that are plating precursors are stabilized, so that a high-quality gold plating film can be obtained.
