Process for producing 4-perfluoroisopropylanilines |
abstract |
The present invention provides an industrial production method for obtaining 4-perfluoroisopropylaniline, which is useful as an intermediate for pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals, in high yield using an inexpensive raw material. An aminoaryl group-containing fluoroalcohol represented by the general formula (2) is reacted with perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride in the presence of an organic base or a “salt or complex comprising an organic base and hydrogen fluoride”.
