abstract [PROBLEMS] To greatly improve strength, color development and gloss effect above a certain level even when a large amount of spherical pigments such as titanium mica, nylon, silica, PMMA, and silicon powder that negatively affect compression moldability are contained. Provided are compositions and methods of formulation. According to the present invention, a powder composition produced with or without using silicone oil or wax as a binder in powder powder and a water-dispersed inorganic thickener are dispersed in an aqueous phase. After mixing with water-in-silicone pre-emulsion produced by mixing this with volatile silicone oil, it is formed into a paste, then molded and dried to produce a makeup solid color cosmetic.
