titleOfInvention Electronic equipment housing
abstract An electronic device housing having a waterproof structure and a dustproof structure is provided. Waterproof walls (41, 42, 43) are provided at predetermined intervals along the outer periphery of the upper surface and both side surfaces of a case body (11) to form upper waterproof grooves (51a, 51b) and side waterproof grooves (61a, 61b). The upper waterproof grooves 51a and 51b are formed deeper than the side waterproof grooves 61a and 61b to enhance the waterproof effect. A band-shaped dustproof packing 50 having a constant water repellency and elasticity is attached to the upper waterproof groove 51b and the side waterproof groove 61b located on the opening end side of the case body 11. In the case cover 12, a waterproof protrusion 71 is formed along the upper side edge, and an upper protrusion 72 is formed inside the upper surface. The upper protrusion 72 contacts the side of the waterproof wall 43 on the case body 11 side in the upper waterproof groove 51b when the case cover 12 is closed, and the tip is inserted into the upper waterproof groove 51b for a predetermined length. It is constructed so as to have a dust-proof action by being pressed against. [Selection] Figure 2
