abstract | A phosphor manufacturing method, a phosphor manufacturing method, a phosphor paste manufacturing method, and a phosphor layer capable of uniformly mixing phosphor starting materials and suppressing deterioration in performance of the phosphor, the phosphor paste and the phosphor layer on the substrate. To provide a powder mixing method capable of suppressing clogging of powder and mixing uniformly when powder as a starting material of a phosphor is mixed using a manufacturing method and a mixing device. A powder containing silicon oxide, an inorganic compound containing strontium, and an activator is mixed with a ball 7 by rotating and rotating the mill 2 in a mill 2 of a mixer 1. Thereby, blockage of the powder can be suppressed, and a uniformly mixed powder mixture is obtained. Next, the mixed powder mixture is fired to obtain a phosphor. Since the powder is uniformly mixed, it is possible to suppress the performance deterioration of the obtained phosphor. [Selection] Figure 2 |
