abstract | [Problem] To provide an orally rapidly disintegrating tablet which has a practical tablet hardness, maintains rapid disintegration in the oral cavity, and can suppress the bitter taste of the drug and does not discolor the preparation. SOLUTION: To a mixture containing particles (coat particles) obtained by coating a mixture of a bitter-tasting drug and light anhydrous silicic acid with a coating agent, and erythritol, crystalline cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, aspartame and acesulfame potassium. It is a rapidly disintegrating tablet in the oral cavity obtained by tableting a mixture of particles (granulated product) obtained by spraying an aqueous hydroxypropyl cellulose solution and crystalline cellulose, and in particular an oral cavity in which the bitter taste of acetaminophen is suppressed It is an internal fast disintegrating tablet.
