A fluorine compound having a bond represented by formula (2): Z-MgX (2) Wherein X represents F, Cl, Br or I, Z represents I or a group represented by the formula: RY-, Y represents S, Se or Te, R represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl A group, an aryl group, or an aralkyl group, and any group may have a substituent.) A general formula (b) characterized by reacting a magnesium compound represented by the formula: C * -Z (b) (In the formula, C * and Z are the same as above.)
