abstract To provide an information recording sheet capable of function development with a low coating amount and capable of rewritable printing for efficiently erasing an image even if time passes after printing. An information recording paper for use in rewritable printing in which printing and decoloring are repeated, obtained by applying a coating liquid containing silica and a cationizing agent to a base material mainly composed of fibrous pulp. The cationizing agent contains an amine or a quaternary ammonium salt, and the silica is an information recording sheet having a secondary particle size of 10 μm or less. [Selection] Figure 1
