titleOfInvention | Visual reproduction assist device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual reproduction assisting device capable of electrically stimulating optic nerve fibers efficiently and stably over a long period of time. In a visual reproduction assisting device for reproducing the sight of a patient, a plurality of electrode units for use by piercing the optic papilla of a patient's eye and an electrical stimulation pulse signal output from the electrode unit are generated. The electrode part has a needle-like electrode at the tip, and the electrode part is removed at a position away from the tip of the electrode by a predetermined distance and implanted in the optic papilla. A retaining means for preventing the above is formed. [Selection] Figure 5 |
