abstract | Provided is a flexible printed circuit board or a wiring board laminate suitable for an HDD suspension provided with an insulating layer made of a polyimide resin layer having characteristics of low elasticity and excellent heat resistance. In a laminate having a metal layer on one or both sides of a polyimide resin layer, at least one of the polyimide resin layers contains 10 structural units formed from 2,8-diaminodibenzofuran and an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride. A laminate for a wiring board comprising a polyimide resin containing at least mol% and having a thickness of 3 to 75 μm. Polyimide resin containing 10 mol% or more of the above structural unit has an elastic modulus at 25 ° C. of 3 GPa or less, a glass transition temperature of 400 ° C. or more, and a 1% thermal decomposition temperature (Td1) of 400 ° C. or more at 400 ° C.
