titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing lenticular lens sheet
abstract An efficient method for manufacturing a lenticular lens having excellent contrast is provided. A light transmitting substrate has a lens group composed of lenticular lenses arranged in parallel to each other on one surface, and uncured light absorption on a non-condensing portion of the lenticular lens on the other surface. In the method of manufacturing a lenticular lens sheet, comprising a step of transferring a material to the convex portion, the top of the convex portion and a layer made of a light absorbing material on at least a part of the slope of the convex portion, a lenticular lens The relative movement direction of the sheet substrate with respect to the axis of the printing roll is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lenticular lens, and the rotation direction of the printing roll is opposite to the movement direction of the lenticular lens sheet substrate with respect to the axis of the printing roll. This is achieved by uniformly providing the layer made of the uncured light absorber on both side slopes of the convex portion in one printing step. [Selection] Figure 1
