abstract | Disclosed is a roller manufacturing method in which waste material is reduced as much as possible, the molding die cleaning process is reduced, and voids are not generated by air entrainment during material injection. (1) A step of placing a piece on one end of a cylindrical mold, (2) a mold in a state where the core is held so that the central axis of the core coincides with the central axis of the mold. (3) Pour the foamed elastic layer material from the other end side of the mold along the inner wall of the lower region of the mold. (4) placing the mold such that the central axis of the mold is parallel to the vertical direction, and (5) curing the foamed elastic layer material and foaming.
