titleOfInvention | Method for producing aliphatic polyester |
abstract | The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for producing an aliphatic polyester having an improved yield as compared with a conventional polymerization method of an aliphatic polyester. Means for solving the problem includes ring-opening polymerization of an aliphatic cyclic ester (a) in a molten state, so that the weight average molecular weight is 100,000 to 600,000, and the aliphatic cyclic ester is 20 to 70 wt. The aliphatic polyester (b) containing 1% is obtained, granulated, and brought into contact with an organic solvent in a state where the aliphatic polyester is not dissolved, whereby the weight average molecular weight containing 0 to 2% by weight of the aliphatic cyclic ester is 100. In the method of producing an aliphatic polyester of 1,000,000 to 600,000, an aliphatic cyclic ester obtained by purifying an aliphatic cyclic ester contained in an organic solvent after contacting with the aliphatic polyester is obtained and polymerized again. It is to be used as a raw material. [Selection figure] None |
