abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide high flame resistance, bleed-out resistance, flexibility, folding resistance, adhesion, flexibility, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and insulation properties that pass UL combustion tests, and interlayer insulation of printed wiring boards. Providing a photocurable / thermosetting resin composition suitable for a solder resist that can be developed with a resin or an aqueous alkali solution. SOLUTION: (A) Carboxy-modified epoxy (meth) acrylate resin, (B) epoxy resin, (C) photopolymerization initiator, (D) diluent, (E) curing agent, (F) 10-benzyl-9 , 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide or a derivative thereof, and (G) melamine polyphosphate as essential components, and (F) component has a total of (A) to (E) components of 100 mass. 32 to 94 parts by mass with respect to parts, and 39 to 74 parts by mass of (G) component with respect to 100 parts by mass of components (A) to (E), respectively.
