titleOfInvention Sheet for simultaneous painting with injection molding, painting molded article, and method for producing painting molded article
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve laminating with good adhesion even with an inexpensive polyolefin resin having excellent transparency and surface properties. SOLUTION: An injection-molded simultaneous painting sheet S includes, for example, a transparent acrylic resin sheet 1 serving as an outermost surface layer, a binder resin being a mixture of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and an acrylic resin, or an acrylic urethane resin. The decorative layer 2, the primer layer 3 of urethane resin, the adhesive layer 4 of chlorinated polypropylene, and the polypropylene or polyethylene sheet 5 are laminated. In the picture-molded article, this injection-molded simultaneous painting sheet is laminated on the surface of the resin molded article by simultaneous injection-molding. [Selection] Figure 1
