abstract |
The present invention provides a conductive rubber roller capable of suppressing an increase in energization without greatly increasing fluctuations due to the use environment of the electric resistance value and voltage dependency, and a method for manufacturing the same. A first layer made of an ion conductive foamed rubber elastic body and a second layer made of an electron conductive rubber elastic body formed on the outer periphery of the first layer are provided. The volume resistance value of the laminate at an applied voltage of 1000 V measured in the state of the laminate with two layers is in the range of 6.0 to 8.0 LogΩ, and the surface resistance value of the second layer is that of the first layer.
