A hybrid drive device that can set an OD mode and is easy to downsize is provided. A power distribution mechanism 4 that distributes power output from an internal combustion engine 1 to a first electric motor 2 and an output shaft 5, and a torque transmission mechanism disposed between the output shaft 5 and the second electric motor 3. And a hybrid drive device comprising a transmission mechanism 6 capable of setting an overdrive speed ratio at which the rotational speed of the output shaft 5 is higher than the rotational speed of a predetermined input element. Engaging mechanisms Cod and Bhi for selectively connecting to the input element in the speed change mechanism 6 and setting the speed change mechanism 6 to an overdrive speed ratio are further provided.
