titleOfInvention | Polyurethane toothed belt and method for producing the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an environment-resistant material that allows paper sheets to be conveyed without slipping on the back side, and to increase the hardness of the tooth part to be higher than the hardness of the back part, and to contain a lubricant in the composition of the tooth part. It is an object of the present invention to provide a polyurethane toothed belt capable of obtaining a smooth synchronous transmission without tooth skipping or sounding when engaged with a pulley, and a method for manufacturing the same. A tooth portion 2 based on a plurality of polyurethane elastomers arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, a back portion 4 based on the polyurethane elastomer, and a heart embedded in the tooth portion 2 or the back portion 4 In the toothed belt 1 made of polyurethane having the line 3, the polyol component of the polyurethane elastomer forming the back portion 4 and the tooth portion 2 is a polyether polyol, and the hardness of the back portion 4 is lower than the hardness of the tooth portion 2. Further, the tooth portion 2 is a polyurethane elastomer belt including a lubricant, and is a polyurethane toothed belt 1 having at least two layers of a back portion 4 and a tooth portion 2.
