abstract The present invention provides a production method capable of easily producing a silane compound having a phosphorylcholine group in a high yield. A silane compound having an amino group at a terminal and a phosphorylcholine group-containing compound having a carboxyl group at a terminal are used as 4- (4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine-2 as an amidation condensing agent. -Yl) It is a manufacturing method of the phosphorylcholine group containing silane compound represented by following formula (3) characterized by performing amidation condensation reaction using 4-methylmorpholinium chloride. Formula (3) In Formula (3), m is 2-6 and n is 1-4. X 1 , X 2 and X 3 are each independently a methoxy group or an ethoxy group. However, up to two of X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 may be any of methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group, isopropyl group, butyl group, and isobutyl group. [Selection figure] None
