titleOfInvention | Method for producing electrode for fuel cell |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve the dispersibility of a catalyst ink and suppress the change in composition over time. An encapsulated electrode catalyst particle 30 has a structure in which an electrode catalyst particle 20 is encapsulated with a resin 15 having an external stimulus response, that is, coated. The electrode catalyst particles 20 are particles in which the carbon-supported catalyst 21 and the electrolyte 22 are dispersed almost uniformly. The electrode catalyst particles 20 are coated with a resin 15 having external stimulus responsiveness. After forming a thin film using the encapsulated electrode catalyst particles 30, an electrode sheet formed by applying external stimulation to the thin film to remove the capsule component and transferring the electrode sheet to the electrolyte membrane is formed. In this case, aggregation of the electrode catalyst particles and deterioration of the electrode catalyst can be suppressed, so that the composition stability of the electrode catalyst ink can be improved and the cost can be reduced. Further, by using the encapsulated electrode catalyst ink, an electrode catalyst layer having a uniform catalyst distribution can be formed. [Selection] Figure 2 |
