titleOfInvention Combustion exhaust gas reforming small incinerator with steam
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of dust, hydrogen chloride gas, sulfurous acid gas, dioxins and other harmful substances discharged into the atmosphere by incineration, the conventional dry-type collection method has been changed to a wet-type collection method using alkaline water vapor. It is a small incinerator for smoke, deodorant and energy saving that uses acid gas as a detoxified salt product by neutralization reaction. SOLUTION: Combustion is performed in a state where high-temperature heating is performed by feeding water vapor generated from can cooling water of a water-cooled incinerator into a recombustion chamber 2 or a flue of a small incinerator through an alkali reaction material 19. The exhaust gas is smoked and mixed by reforming by keeping the inside of the recombustion chamber 2 at a high temperature of 800 ° C or higher with fine particles of water vapor, and smoke and deodorant are removed by removing dust and adhering harmful substances wet. The performance is improved and the ignition frequency of the reburning burner 11 itself can be lowered, which is useful for energy saving. [Selection] Figure 1
