titleOfInvention Heat resistant, water and oil repellent fabric
abstract The present invention provides a heat-resistant fabric and paraffin aramid fibers that are water- and oil-repellent with excellent fibrillation resistance, excellent washing durability, and are light and flexible, and a heat-resistant protective clothing. A heat-resistant, water- and oil-repellent fabric that satisfies the following requirements is provided. a) Para-aramid fiber is 30% by weight or more of the whole fabric. b) A fabric in which the para-type aramid fiber is a spun yarn. c) The water / oil repellent comprises a fluororesin (A) containing a polyfluoroalkyl group and an active hydrogen group, an isocyanate compound (B), a melamine resin (C), and a crosslinking agent (D). The ratio is (A) :( B) :( C) :( D) = 50: 25: 20: 5 to 75: 10: 10: 5. d) The adhesion amount of the water / oil repellent is 0.5 to 5% by weight. e) The water repellency of the fabric after 10 washings according to JIS L 0217 103 method is second grade or higher by JIS L 1092 spray method. f) The oil repellency of the fabric after 10 washings according to JIS L 0217 103 method is AATCC TM118 grade 3 or higher.
