titleOfInvention | Method for producing aluminum oxide vapor-deposited film |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a high barrier property against oxygen gas or water vapor, etc. and excellent in transparency, and further excellent in post-processing processing suitability such as printing processing suitability, laminating processing suitability, bag-making processing suitability, etc. It is to provide a method for producing a transparent gas barrier film useful for filling and packaging various articles such as products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, electronic parts, and the like. An aluminum oxide vapor deposition film is provided on a plastic film, and an oxygen gas is supplied in-line to the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film surface to provide a treatment surface with the oxygen gas. The present invention relates to a method for producing an aluminum oxide vapor-deposited film. [Selection] Figure 1 |
