An ion conductive elastomer blend that is excellent in electrical uniformity and stability when used in, for example, an image forming apparatus such as an electrophotographic apparatus, and that can reduce fluctuations in conductive performance depending on the use environment, and A manufacturing method thereof and a conductive roller using the ion conductive elastomer blend are provided. An ion conductive elastomer blend obtained by polymerizing a polyalkylene oxide and a base polymer and polymerizing the alkylene oxide component in a mixture containing the alkylene oxide component and the base polymer.
