abstract Disclosed is a painting booth circulating water deodorizing apparatus and a painting booth circulating water deodorizing method which has a simple structure, has a large deodorizing effect, and has low equipment and running costs. A deodorizer 6 is connected in the middle of a piping 5 of a painting booth circulating water. A conductive diamond electrode 10 and platinum electrodes 11 and 12 are provided in the flow direction so as to face each other in parallel in a pipe 7 that forms an outline of the deodorizing apparatus 6. The conductive diamond electrode 10 and the platinum electrodes 11 and 12 are connected to an external DC power source. [Selection] Figure 2
