A food containing starch as a main component contains a large amount of water-soluble dietary fiber such as konjac, is low in calories, contains a lot of dietary fiber, and has a good texture. [Solution] To 100 parts by mass of a mixture containing starch and konjac refined powder or water-soluble dietary fiber, 5 to 35 parts by mass of water is added and pressure-kneaded without blending a konjac coagulant, and paste-like kneaded. A konjac-containing product comprising 5 to 50 parts by mass of a konjac component in 100 parts by mass is provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
