Thermal load detection element, electrical device, thermal load detection device, electrical property recognition device, and electrical property recognition method |
abstract |
An easily manufactured thermal load detecting element capable of detecting the degree of received thermal load satisfactorily. A positive temperature resistance characteristic that gradually increases a resistance value between electrode layers 120 every time a predetermined thermal load is applied between electrode layers 120 formed in a thin film shape with a pair of inorganic conductive members is shown. The organic conductive polymer layer 130 is laminated and formed in a thin film shape with a conductive polyaniline composition or the like. Due to the contact resistance with the electrode layer 120, the thermal load detecting element 100 having a negative temperature resistance characteristic is obtained. By appropriately setting the contact area, the thermal load detecting element 100 having a desired temperature resistance characteristic and a stable resistance characteristic according to the thermal load is obtained.
