To provide a method for finding a specific substance to be a biomarker and measuring it with high sensitivity. The combination of antibodies by the sandwich ELISA method is a goat type anti-HSP47 polyclonal antibody and a mouse type anti-HSP47 monoclonal antibody, and HSP47 as a biomarker can be measured even in a trace amount. It is useful because it can be used to determine the effects of cancer treatment and to provide an index of the state of disease at the time of follow-up, and can be applied to early detection of recurrence. In the case of diseases that show fibrosis in tissues such as inflammatory diseases, wound healing, collagen disease, pulmonary fibrosis, and cirrhosis, an index was obtained to know the degree of fibrosis.
