Disclosed is a drainage pipe member and drainage pipe structure that can prevent outflow of flame, smoke, toxic gas, etc. from a fire floor to an upper floor when a fire occurs in a building. A drain pipe member 1 is provided at a portion where a pipe member 4 having an incombustible tube end and a pipe member 6 having a combustible tube end are connected, at least outside the end of the combustible tube. It has an incombustible member main body 27 that surrounds it, and is configured to be able to provide a thermally expandable refractory material 30 that expands at a predetermined temperature on the inner peripheral side of the member main body.
