titleOfInvention Preparation for oral administration of ebastine and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a preparation for oral administration containing ebastine as a main drug, which has high dissolution properties and excellent temporal stability without pulverizing crude crystals of ebastine. A solution prepared by dissolving ebastine and hydroxypropylcellulose in a solvent is sprayed onto a water-insoluble pharmaceutical additive such as carmellose, crystalline cellulose, and partially pregelatinized starch, and dried for oral administration of ebastine. A formulation is obtained. [Selection] Figure 1
