abstract | An object of the present invention is a thermosensitive recording material and a method for producing the thermosensitive recording material, particularly when a thermosensitive recording layer coating liquid is applied on a curtain. The present invention relates to a heat-sensitive recording material that is formed and excellent in productivity, quality, and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. In a heat-sensitive recording material comprising a support and a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye and a developer, the heat-sensitive recording layer is represented by a specific structural formula and a dialkyl sulfosuccinate and a specific material. It contains acetylene glycol represented by the structural formula.
