titleOfInvention | Shock absorbing layer, optical filter including the same, display including the same, and plasma display panel |
abstract | To provide an optical filter suitable for PDP which is transparent, excellent in impact resistance, high pencil hardness, excellent in antireflection and electromagnetic shielding properties. A laminate comprising a shock absorbing layer having a thickness of 0.01 to 1.0 mm and the shock absorbing layer provided on a 100 μm thick polyethylene terephthalate is disclosed in JIS 060068-2-75. From shock acceleration layer thickness a (mm) and impact stress generation to first peak in impact acceleration-time curve obtained by impact resistance test under the condition of impact force 0.5J using a compliant spring impact hammer The shock absorbing layer is characterized in that the relationship between the time and t (ms) satisfies the following formula (I): 10 ≦ 5.87 a / t ≦ 40 (I), and optical using the same filter.
