titleOfInvention Zeolite crystal-containing polyurethane elastic yarn and method for producing the same
abstract [PROBLEMS] To obtain a polyurethane-based elastic yarn containing zeolite crystals, which is superior in elastic characteristics and durability, in the production of polyurethane-based elastic yarn having zeolite crystals. A polyurethane elastic yarn containing 3 to 50% by weight of acetylcellulose is impregnated in the presence of a basic substance while gradually increasing the concentration of a mixed aqueous solution of a silicon water-soluble compound and an aluminum water-soluble compound. Thereafter, a polyurethane-based elastic yarn containing zeolite crystals in the fiber surface and in the fiber is obtained by heat treatment. [Selection] Figure 2
