PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED To provide a polymer of a conjugated diene, which provides a controllable level of cis-, trans- and 1,2-vinyl without the need for a post-reactor blend. The diene polymerization monomer comprises (A) a first transition metal compound selected from Cr, Mo and W compounds, and a second transition metal compound selected from Fe, Co and Ni compounds, and (B) a catalyst modification.
