abstract | The object of the present invention is to provide a container, the bottom of an apparatus by containing a titanium compound, a solubilizing agent other than a phosphorus compound as a stabilizer, and the like, having a property of floating near the surface of a glycol solvent after preparation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a polyester production catalyst that is easy to handle without precipitation, deposition or condensation.
