titleOfInvention | Blood purifier and method for producing the same |
abstract | To provide a blood purifier capable of absorbing moisture in a short time during activation (re-wetting) and returning it to a wet state, and capable of suppressing the transfer of a hydrophilizing agent into a patient's body, and a method for producing the same. . SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane or a bead-like blood purification device comprising a hydrophobic polymer having adsorption ability as a main membrane material, and purification of the hollow fiber membrane or bead shape. The use of hydrophilic polymers can be eliminated or the amount used can be reduced by adhering and holding only saccharides with a high water retention function or a mixture of saccharides and hydrophilic polymers to the blood contact area. While imparting hydrophilicity, the hydrophilic polymer is eluted and eliminated from moving into the patient's body or reduced as much as possible. [Selection] Figure 4 |
