titleOfInvention | Power storage device |
abstract | A power storage device that satisfies both capacity and charge / discharge characteristics is provided. Substance I and substance II are selected from metals and conductive oxides. When the substance I and the substance II are in contact with each other, an electrically insulating oxide is formed at the interface between them, so that almost no electricity flows from the substance I to the substance II. The powders of the substance I and the substance II are mixed to form a molded body 3, and positive and negative current collecting layers, which are typically composed of the substance I and the substance II, are attached to the molded body. The positive terminal 1 and the negative terminal 2 are provided in electrical communication with the substance I and the substance II in the molded body through the respective current collecting layers.
