abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element mounting component capable of reducing the loss of light propagation, an optical element mounting optical circuit board and an optical element mounting component having good alignment accuracy in mounting the optical element. An optical waveguide layer having a core portion and a clad portion, which is laminated on one surface side of a wiring component having a pad on the mounting portion and a mounting portion for mounting an optical element having an electrode. And an adhesive layer that electrically connects the electrode of the optical element and the pad of the mounting portion between the optical circuit board and the wiring component and the optical circuit board. This is achieved by the attached optical circuit board. The optical circuit board includes a receptor structure for electrical connection between the electrode of the optical element and the pad of the wiring component. [Selection] Figure 9 |
