titleOfInvention Insert molding die and method for producing molded product
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a conventional insert mold by sandwiching the film between mold-matching surfaces of a pair of molds in order to prevent a position shift of a circuit pattern on the film which occurs at the time of resin injection. Therefore, it was not possible to obtain a molded product having a circuit pattern on both sides in one molding. SOLUTION: A mold surface that is in contact with a cavity of an insert molding mold is made of a breathable porous substrate so that the mold surface is controlled to a negative pressure, and a plurality of films to which a pattern or the like is applied are formed. A cavity is formed between a plurality of films by suction and fixing along the mold surface, and an injection gate for injecting a fluid resin is provided in the cavity. A molded product having a circuit pattern is obtained. [Selection] Figure 1
