titleOfInvention Disk-shaped blade and cutting device
abstract A cutting device that stably exhibits excellent cutting performance and is easy to design with respect to a workpiece formed of a hard and brittle material. A Langevin ultrasonic transducer 15 and rotary rotary transformers 9a and 9b are attached to a rotary shaft 3 at the end opposite to the cutting blade 1. An ultrasonic oscillator is connected to the fixed rotary transformer 9a by a lead wire. The cutting blade 1 and the flange 2b are put in the sleeve 10, and are tightened and integrated with the flange nut 12. Then, the integrated sleeve 10 is put into the rotating shaft 3 and attached to the rotating shaft 3 by the nut 4. The flanges 2a and 2b are provided with eight slits 13 penetrating from the front to the back of the flanges 2a and 2b. In the slit 13, the angle between the straight line passing through the center axis of the flanges 2 a and 2 b and the center line of the slit 13 is 45 degrees. [Selection] Figure 6
