titleOfInvention | Liquid thermosetting resin composition and insulated coil using the same |
abstract | Disclosed is a liquid thermosetting resin composition that suppresses an increase in viscosity even at temperatures exceeding room temperature and is excellent in adhesive strength. By mixing a styrene-cyanate ester copolymer composition, a bisphenol-type epoxy resin containing at least two epoxy groups in one molecule and having an epoxy equivalent of 200 or less, and a curing catalyst. It is a liquid thermosetting resin composition obtained. The styrene-cyanate ester copolymer composition used here is preferably obtained by reacting a cyanate ester compound having at least two cyanate groups in one molecule with styrene.
